The exterior repaint of The Plaza Apartments in Foster City stands as a testament to C&A Painting's expertise in large-scale residential projects.

Tasked with transforming the 307-unit complex, our team employed 65ft and 85ft boom lifts to ensure complete and uniform coverage across the entire multi-story facade. From thorough surface preparation to the final coat of high-quality paint, our focus was on delivering a long-lasting, weather-resistant finish.

This project successfully restored the building's modern aesthetic, providing a fresh, welcoming environment for its residents and protecting the property owner's valuable investment.
